Floods in Boulder: A Study of Resilience The following report was prepared by the Institute for Social and Environmental Transitions, a Boulder-based organization. It was nice to see the reference to the great work done by the Living GREEN Network when it stepped up to act as the fiscal sponsor for the Boulder Mudslingers. It was also nice to see the work of Boulder Flood Relief discussed too. Both groups, as emergent structures, led the charge for immediate flood relief whilst the bureaucracy was getting its papers in order.
