Flow Trinidad and Tobago is not serious. I have gone almost a month with intermittent service as my Flow modem is faulty, and after a million phone calls and diagnostics (because they refuse to replace the modem until they monitor the problem) I was given an appointment last Tuesday for today. In that space of time my service has gone from intermittent to non-existent. I then proceeded to wait for a full day today for the tech to show, calling every hour for an estimated time, only to be called at 4pm and told that they have to reschedule... to SATURDAY! After spending 30 minutes bouncing from supervisor to supervisor there is still no one who can assist nor are they able to schedule a tech for a sooner time. Flow also does not allow you to take in your modem to be replaced, so basically I must sit and wait until a tech sees it fit to show up to have my internet problems resolved. At this point the issue is much greater than paying for a service I am not receiving - I currently work from home and Randall Henrique is on 24-hour call, so neither of us can do our jobs while we have no internet. The inconvenience is beyond ridiculous. Must everything in this country require you to have a contact in order to get a regular standard of service? FLOW YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
