Flying visit - this Aussie owned 80 was shipped over to the UK from Texas prior to entering the Budapest-Bamaco Rally. They have come via us so we can fit a long range tank and sort a few other minor issues before leaving for the rally on Saturday. Unfortunately having asked for a HD OME suspension kit to carry the extra weight including drawers, double wheel carrier and tomorrow the tank the US based outfitters have fitted OME 2850 springs on the rear that are only suitable for standard weight, not the +600kg springs they actually need! Looks like it will be a fun day tomorrow chasing down the right springs along with a few other bits of kit that should have been delivered to us this week. :-)
