Folks: Last night was an awesome win for our Straughn Tigers. Hard fought and hard won! Our boys not only had to give all they had , they had to play against refs w/bad calls and opponents that didnt place nice. Was worried all night about Brice Scott because he was speared last night (and no we did not get a flag in our favor either) But thank GOD he is gonna be ok in a few days. Which brings me to my point:EVERYTHING CAN CHANGE IN A BLINK OF AN EYE!! One of our sister schools lost a baby ( she was a teenager, but still a baby to me) to cancer, Breonia fought hard and with courage but it was time JESUS took her home. There is a place called Heaven and our JESUS has gone to prepare us a place! For such is the kingdom of Heaven, suffer the little children to come unto me!! While we are supporting our babies, let us make sure JESUS is visible. Take a minute today for me please and to uplift all the parents that no longer get to do what we were blessed and able to do last night. GODs grace and peace Straughn Family.
