Follow up to incident with Courts Ramsaran street branch: Again I am forced to write on this wall due to lack of service and follow up by Courts with regards to my food spoilage claim after my nw fridge which was under warranty stopped working. This is adding insult to injury seeing that it took 3 weeks to get a technician in to repair my fridge and I only received assistance in getting a technician when I threatened to post my experience to the social media sites. Last week I posted my complaint here publicly after the staff at the Ramsaran Street Branch failed to assist or honour my claim and was blatantly disrespectful - namely Mr. Raynard Persad. After the complaint was posted to facebook I did receive a phone call from an HR rep at the Courts Chaguanas branch who promised she would follow up and help resolve the matter. One week later I am still waiting on even a follow up phone call. A full report on this matter will now be made by me to our Consumer Affairs division. Courts cannot blatantly continue to disregard the rights of their customers. I am also posting this in our Things to do in South Trinidad group as a follow up to last weeks events.
