Following Lucys post, if anyone else is unhappy with this decision from the first or 2nd weekend I suggest grouping together to collate evidence, and show her that its not a small number of families. Clearly no one is doubting improvements have been made, as the feedback from the weekend just gone was nothing but positive! But we were entirely mis-sold this event and I for one would like my money back. Plus damages now, this has gone way beyond a joke. Of course the refunds will be discretionary and of course she wont refund us because we got trading standards and the press involved in the first place, forcing them to improve.
