Most books/TV/movies/etc of course, tend to go the other way and I believe the truth to be in the middle. As others have noted the proof reading is somewhat poor, which results in some dates being wrong and some errors in grammar. The content of the book, however, is good overall. I did find myself cross referencing many things in this book to check their accuracy, and while biased, the events referenced did occur and I found myself being introduced to many facts that I had not known before. The history of World War II presented to us, at least in America, is a sanitized good versus evil story that is really untrue. The war was dirty and there were atrocities committed on all sides - this book brings up many that were committed against the Germans by the good guys. I do agree with the author that, sadly, WWII was the death knell of White western culture, but I cannot get onboard with the idea that Hitler was the protector of Christianity. No one will ever know of Hitlers belief in God, but surmising what Ive read he seemed to be uninterested at best, while simultaneously restraining the anti-Christian faction of his party and imposing limits on the churchs power. This book does lend evidence that the Nazis and Hiter in particular were not insane, ranting lunatics who hypnotized a nation and were bent on conquering the world. I think any open-minded person who is willing to expend a little time and effort on the subject can see that. This book gives a picture of some of the positive things that the Nazis did. There is a multitude of books that will tell you how evil they were that you can balance it with. It is true Hitler was a Pan-German European rather than a nationalist because he disregarded national borders to create a language-cultural affinity sphere and was a romantic imbued with tales of the Teutonic Knights and the Holy Roman Empire which Napoleon had smashed in 1806. So it was largely a question of undoing the world the French had imposed on German-speakers through 400 years of invasion culminating in the French Revolutionary armies under Napoleon and the enforced destruction of the Unified German State of 1871 through the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. General Von Seeckt had already begun cooperation with the Bolsheviks in Russia in 1919 and secret factories and military operations were underway in Russia until Hitler cancelled them. What is problematic is the poor proof-reading with one date of 10 September 1939 given instead of 1919; William L Shirer declared to be Jewish when I had thought he was Protestant; and a sense that the author might be drifting into a panegyric towards Hitler and his entourage which might be hyperbolic. This review is from: The Myth of German Villainy (Kindle Edition) This book is absolutely astounding in the depth of information contained all in one place that tells the true story of World War 1 and 2. Everyone in the Western world should be required to read this book as it tells the truth about both World Wars and who was really behind it. It successfully destroys all the lies and myths that we are taught in school, university, movies and on TV. It is true that the fine upstanding German people were given the blame for both World Wars when all they were trying to do was protect Europe form the rampaging, mass-murdering godless Russian Communists who were trying to take over the world. These Communists were made up almost entirely of that infamous religious tribe that no-one is allowed to name. Of course Im talking about Gods chosen people. If you know anything about true history, you will know who Im talking about. The reader will learn that history is a thousand times more complex than the simplistic garbage we are taught in schools and in the movies. For example, we are never taught that the during both wars, Germany was a Christian nation, the Nazis were all Christians and Adolph Hitler was a devout god-fearing Christian. Instead we are always taught that the Germans were vicious barbaric atheists or satan worshipers in mainstream books, documentaries and movies. It was all just propaganda. Author Benton L Bradberry has produced a brilliant and masterful book nicely illustrated with black and white photos that reveals many amazing facts about both World Wars and important events of the 20th Century. This review is from: The Myth of German Villainy (Hardcover) Besides David Irvings books on the World War II era and John Tolands book entitled Adolf Hitler, author Benton Bradberrys book is the best that I have read regarding that time period in Europe. This volume is well researched and documented and explains a view of Hitler, the Nazis, and Germany that most in the United States have never read or heard of. Hitler was not the demented psychopathic dictator hell-bent on conquering the world as International Jewry and their mass media want us to believe. Instead Hitler, a devout Christian, had no intentions on conquering the world, but in expanding Germany by taking back what Germany had lost in World War I (the Versailles Treaty), in rebuilding Germany, and putting people back to work. He was very popular with the German and Austrian people. It must be remembered that Germany did not attack Great Britain or France, but that the European powers of Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union attacked and warred against Germany. Throughout the conflict Adolf Hitler made numerous peace offers to Great Britain to no avail. Hitler, as well as many leaders and people in Europe, were aware of and afraid of Jewish Bolshevik Communism that had taken over Eastern Europe and had its eyes on Germany and the rest of White Christian Europe. Hitler and the Nazis, as Bradberry documents, were a roadblock in that effort to the ongoing spread of atheistic Communism. The author explains how International Jewry working inside of Great Britain (Churchill administration) and the United States (Roosevelt administration) brought the U.S. into the war on the side of the Allies. The surprise attack on Pearl Harbor was not a surprise at all, but a behind-the-scenes strategy used to get the Japanese to fire the first shots in order to get the industrial and military power of the United States into the war for the total destruction and genocide of the German Reich and people. As Benton Bradberry points out, the Jewish owned and controlled mass media was instrumental in twisting the facts and propagandizing the people in Great Britain and the United States to believe that Germany was an inhumane menace that must be stopped by no other means than war. It is true Hitler was a Pan-German European rather than a nationalist because he disregarded national borders to create a language-cultural affinity sphere and was a romantic imbued with tales of the Teutonic Knights and the Holy Roman Empire which Napoleon had smashed in 1806. So it was largely a question of undoing the world the French had imposed on German-speakers through 400 years of invasion culminating in the French Revolutionary armies under Napoleon and the enforced destruction of the Unified German State of 1871 through the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. General Von Seeckt had already begun cooperation with the Bolsheviks in Russia in 1919 and secret factories and military operations were underway in Russia until Hitler cancelled them. What is problematic is the poor proof-reading with one date of 10 September 1939 given instead of 1919; William L Shirer declared to be Jewish when I had thought he was Protestant; and a sense that the author might be drifting into a panegyric towards Hitler and his entourage which might be hyperbolic. The issue is that German faced a problem in 1931 with Bruenings rule by Emergency Decree leaving Germany vulnerable to military dictatorship or Communist dictatorship; Hitler was The Third Way........
