Following dish is actually one of my favorite deserts and most certainly one of the weirdest deserts i have ever eaten. It takes skills to prepare it properly. Origins from Libya and i think, perhaps only in Tunisia you can find (right me if im wrong) this desert beside Libya. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aseeda or Asida (Flour with Date or Honey syrup, i prefer Date!) Ingredients: 2 cups barley flour 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter Ruub (date syrup) or honey approx 5-6 cups water ------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to cook: Well the best way of showing you how to prepare it is to share video with you which explains Step by Step process. P.S. The best way to eat this desert is by dipping your fingers into that flour and enjoying eating it without any help of spoons, forks and stuff!
