Following information is provided for the information of The Villages of Belvoir residents: Commitment to Quality Landscaping Services Dear Valued Residents, First, we want to thank each of you for your patience as we diligently work to bring the condition of the grass in the common areas and lawns outside of fenced yards located throughout our Villages up to the standard you expect as a resident and that we expect from our landscaping contractor. We understand that the grass in many areas has grown significantly over the past weeks due to ideal conditions of rain followed by sunshine, and our contractor is working long hours and weekends in an effort to catch-up with the growth. With the above, and given our commitment to provide only exceptional service to you, our valued residents, please know and be assured that landscaping crews will be out in all 15 of our Villages this week to mow the grass. If you should identify any problem areas in your Village after mowing has taken place, we ask that you please take a moment to notify us of the problem so that we may have it quickly addressed by the landscaping team. To bring the problem to our attention, we ask that you simply send us an email at thevillagesatbelvoir@themichaelsorg that includes your name and contact information, your Village name, and the location and a short description of the problem area. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that the condition of the grass throughout our community is properly addressed and problems resolved this week.
