Following on from the kitten post...does anyone know the best way to get rid of fleas (unsurprisingly the little girl is full of them as well as fly eggs). Now we have warmed her up they have been jumping everywhere, on me, in my car, towels, dogs coat, and all over the kitchen :-( want to try to avoid using strong flea treatment throughout the whole house if possible, wonder if there is a way to nip it in the bud? We are giving the dogs their advantix now and they havent been in contact with the kitten, planning on washing everything she has been in contact with on high temp (60 degrees? not sure my work clothes and coat will survive) and we were going to use a bleach solution throughout the kitchen. Not sure what to do about the car...dont want to be infested...
