Following the poor turn out at The Camberley theatre last Saturday - TopicsExpress

Following the poor turn out at The Camberley theatre last Saturday we felt the best thing to do was cancel the Kenton Theatre in Henley on Thames on the 19th July. However, we have decided after talking to the venue not to do that just yet and give it until Easter and then review the situation. We are going to attempt to make this event in aid of the Jet Harris Memorial Fund. The Crickettes will will play the show for free and Zoe will even donate 25 of her cds to sell at the event. We will also cover all the costs of posters and flyers. To cover the venues cost we need to sell about 75 tickets at £15 a time. Kids still come free but will not be counted in the 75 ticket limit. After we have recovered the venues costs all and we mean all monies collected will go to Audrey Knapp for Jets Charity. We want to pack the place and raise lots of money for Jets fund. That said we have to sell tickets early otherwise the event will be cancelled if it looks like it will fail to meet its targets. Tell all your friends about this and lets see if we can get a great turnout for the concert. This will be the last scheduled concert we will be playing in the south East this year lets make it a great one. Patrick Terrett Manager of the Crickettes and a good friend of Jets. Tickets have gone on sale today.
