Following the recommendation of the State Advisory Council on Prerogative of Mercy to Emmanuel #Uduaghan of Delta State through the Attorney General of the state and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Charles #Ajuya has released the names of inmates on death row to be pardoned of their various crimes which took them to the various prisons in the state as the governor has graciously approved to pardon three inmates including a 77 year old man.
