Following up on my recent post about improving hip extension. Here is a good way to start working that out. Not only is this a good stretch to do as part of your flexibility routine for sports, training, but is very helpfull for you office people who sit all day. The muscle primarly being stretched here becomes super tight during prolonged periods of sitting, an due to its attachments to the lower back it can cause lots of problems in that area. So after your session or a long day at the office, hit this stretch out for up to 3x30 seconds both sides. Enjoy!
