Food Diary, day 2! Wow, stuffed my face with protein today after loosing muscle at my assessment! Bit of overkill... And, I was so tired today, Ayla was waking up so much, then thought it was get up time at 5.30ish!!! So I felt extra hungry... 6am Trim Flatwhite 8.30am Oats / Choc Protein / trim milk / 1/2 banana 10am 2 rice wafers with peanut butter and 1/2 banana 12pm Quest Bar 1pm Chicken breast & chicken wing 2.30pm 10 almonds 3.30pm greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, seeds, choc protein 5.30pm 1/2 small protein cookie 6.30pm small serve Salmon, mixed veg, 1/2 serve chicken, beef, TBSP lite mayo 7.30pm 1/2 big protein cookie 9pm Protein shake with milk
