Food Intake for today ( this is just to give you a general idea ) Breakfast >Arbonne Protien powder with one banana and one cup of black berries Snack > Home-made pumpkin muffin/one home-made protein square Lunch > Sunwarrior protein shake/one cup of mango Snack > Raw Cheesecake ( recipe posted yesterday) Plans for Dinner > One lentil burger 4 sweet potato baked falafel balls, home-made coleslaw> 2 slices of almond bread and this is how i am eating since my cleanse ..morning protein shake, snack , afternoon shake, snack and healthy supper
