Food for thought today...It takes 6 to 8 months to move a government purchase through the system. However tens of thousands professionally printed 3x4 signs stating government was shutdown appeared all over within hours of the shutdown. Government is never really that proactive so does that mean the government knew it was going to shut down 6 to 8 months ago? If not printing signs you wouldnt use would have been a colossal waste of money....Hummmmm
