#FoodForThought Is this current system helping the public or harming the public? Does locking up non violent people in hostile conditions and ruining their records helping these people get rehabilitated, or contributing to our horrible recidivism rate? With a low level drug felony not only is it almost impossible to get a good job, you are also limited in help you can receive, and its nearly impossible to get a student loan. They wonder why our recidivism rate is horrible... They slap felonies on people so easily around here its sickening. Not everyone is rich or related to a person in the courthouse, does that make them second class citizens? Just plea out is not a defense at all. If the justice system is not fair to all, it is broken. #HelpNotHarm
