Quick tip on squats....make sure you keep your upper body forward using your shoulders as a platform through out the movement, using your legs to move the weight. It is unnecessary to look up and to pop your chest up to lift the weight, as this will just place stress on your back and is improper spine alignment. So many injuries occur this way. Squat down and sit back on your heels and come back up lifting with your legs and butt.... And make sure you get that booty all the way DOWN! :) #CoachAlfie #OnlineTraining #FoodPrep
