Football is a big deal in my house: my boys are expected to go to church, sit still, pay attention, do the right thing, give your best at school, excel academically and in return as their reward they get to play sports! They choose Football. Hearing the news that the Titans would not be returning as a team has made us sad. I must admit a couple of tears rolled down my cheeks as I saw a couple roll down my little mans from disappointment . I think being on the heels of such an amazing year last year has made it a little more disheartening!!!! I told Hadyn... You get your moment to be sad and gather all your good memories. Because there will be sad times in your life and your memories of good times are what gets you through( yes.. Even ones from 5th grade football ).... Then we are going to focus on the good and positive. As with every new beginning, the potential exists for some amazing things to happen. We are going to pray as he goes through draft that the coaches see the potential and encourage its growth like Ty Haddock and Michael Edwards did last year. Thank you guys for everything you did and your sacrifice of time.
