For 240 years, at precisely 9 p.m., in La Habana, Cuba, the (El Canonazo) canon en Habana Harbor has been fired. So much so, that it is a symbol that is near and dear to every Cuban, near and far…when you visit Habana someday, be sure to take in the ceremony, and then afterward take a stroll over the the restaurant nearby, appropriately named, El Canonazo, enjoy the Cuban Mojitos, the traditional Cuban cuisine, and tell them Felix sent you.
