For BASSATERRE, Saint Kitts & Nevis: BARE INTERNATIONAL is conducting a mystery shopping program on behalf of a world famous company that makes hand finished and modern jewelry. You will be tasked to evaluate the interior/exterior of the store as well as the level of customer service received. •The client has set a strict age requirement. To qualify for this assignment, you must be between 25 and 49 years of age. Shop Requirements: •Your task will be to visit the store and evaluate the level of the customer service you receive once you express interest its items. Ladies can look for a piece of jewelry for themselves or as a gift. Men can look for a piece of jewelry for a woman (mother, sister, wife, girlfriend, etc.). During the visit, you must actively engage the store associate in conversation and ask about at least three different items (e.g. bracelets, necklaces, charms, etc.). You will need to evaluate the sales associate’s skills to generate additional sales by offering you matching items. •At the end of your visit you will need to make a purchase. Your purchase will be reimbursed up to 53 EUROS, and you will need to upload the receipt in your questionnaire as a proof of your visit. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT LOSE THE RECEIPT.
