For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteousness, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the spirit. 1 Peter 3:18 Peter was a disciple for Christ and was first a fisherman. He wasoneof the disciples who saw Jesus after He was risen before He nt to heaven. Peter is explaining that Christ had suffered forus sinners(the unrighteousness). When He was crucified He died in the flesh which means He was in the body, and when He was risen He became alive in Spirit.
