For Dawn Marie Biernat, Lindsey S Wisely, and Kris Schumacher Geeting and anyone else who wants a good chocolate cake: 2 c sugar, 1-3/4 c all-purp.flour, 3/4 c cocoa, 1-1/2 t baking powder, 1-1/2 t baking soda, 1 t salt, 2 eggs, 1 c milk, 1/4 c veg. oil, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 t vanilla, 1 c boiling water Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour (or just spray) a bundt pan. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, or in the bowl of your stand mixer. Add eggs, milk, oil, yogurt and vanilla. Mix gently for a minute, then increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into pan. Bake 33 - 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan ten minutes. Turn out onto plate and cool. Chocolate glaze: 3/4 c semi-sweet choc chips, 3 T butter, 1 T light corn syrup, 1/4 t vanilla. In a double boiler over hot, but not boiling water, combine chips, butter and corn syrup; stir til mixture is melted smooth. Stir in vanilla and drizzle over cake immediately. Peanut butter glaze: 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1-1/2 T smooth peanut butter, 6 t water: Whisk it all together and drizzle over the cake.
