For FL residents: Wanted to share something I wrote in a comment. Kinda ties in with the Rally in Tally. CO and other legalized states (I hear) are making fat cash. So much theyre giving millions back from taxes collected. Floridas 2% is keeping FL in debt by not legalizing MMJ or even MJ ... (really the 42% that voted no) is now responsible for lost revenue in FL. We would have more funds for Education, funds for more police on our streets and so much more. These 42% are responsible for the unemployment rate that continues to either stay at current or increasing the unemployment rates in FL. I wish I could have a room full with those 42 percenters and (as laymen as I am) could just ask why! Why No? Or speak to them from my life experiences, from the heart. If I could get just a few empathetic people out there, that can actually put themselves in a patients shoes for a day, to open their minds. If I could just find 2 to 5% (buffer, only NEED 2%) to speak directly to with facts about MMJ and MJ. 1st we need to cut out the greed and keep politics and government out of our healthcare choices. Show the minority voters how it has helped so many suffering children. Show them how its helped terminally ill patients. Tell them about those of us that have chronic, consistent pain that are now medically dependant on dangerous opiates that have horrible side effects. I would tell them how most deaths caused by prescription narcotics ARE ACCIDENTAL overdoses. I would give them all the scientific facts, resesrch and proof that cannabis can and is saving lives. I would show them the testimonials from babies to the elderly. You know the videos that are at everyones fingertips today thru a lil app called Utube. No Drs that Ive seen over the years has never had issue with my MJ use (not my oncologist, surgeons or my primary Dr.) They all think its definitely safer than drinking. Man so much more that I could say on this subject. You will hear much, much more and see it 1st hand if you join us at the Rally. Just look up event and register, especially if you will need transportation to and from Tallahassee. If you have transportation, you will still want to register as more of a headcount I think (so many Fb groups, not sure if well really know how many). I sure hope to see 58% + patients, caregivers and those that truly care, to show up in bus loads of people. Thanks for reading ... please share all Rally info on your pages. Lets not make the mistake of not letting people know about it in time as to afford them a chance to schedule this (what I truly believe) is going to be Epic and will be something for the history books.
