Author, scholar and presenter Dr. Alexander “Sasha” Bolotnikov will present an inspiring perspective of the Gospels based on the history of Jewish and Hebraic Culture. Raised in Communist Russia, Dr. Alexander “Sasha” Bolotnikov experienced discrimination from religious and civil communities because of his Jewish heritage. Through his study and research of ancient Biblical languages, rabbinic sources and Scripture, he has explored the meaning of Messiah from both Jewish and Christian perspectives. Dr. Bolotnikov earned his Ph.D. from Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati, Ohio and MA in Hebrew and Biblical Languages from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. Prior to earning his degree, he served as a professor at the Zaoksky University in Tula Oblast, Russia. The Gospel through the eyes of Jesus will be held July 31 – August 2nd, 2014, 7:30 PM @ Beth Tehillah Vetikva (House of Praise and Hope) 9250 Stirling Road Hollywood, Fl 33024. Beth Tehillah Vetikva is an Adventist Messianic Congregation made up of both Jews and non-Jews who believe that Yeshua is Messiah.
