For Sale: Eastern Shore MD, $500 Due to a recent diagnosis of arthritis of the sesamoid bones / sesamoiditis, Gecoma (aka Origami Star) is being offered for sale as a companion with occasional light riding only. I am asking a fee of $500 to guarantee that he is not being resold at auction for a quick profit. Due to personal financial issues if he has not found a home in the next week or two I will be forced to humanely euthanize him. Origami is a 15.1 hand, 7 yr old (april 2008) bay gelding. Gami has a sweet disposition, and is easy to handle on the ground. He is UTD on everything and a pretty easy keeper and lives outside with no problems. He gets along with everyone. He is a light cribber that is easily controlled with a strap or electric wire. outside he would rather eat grass than crib. He does have shoes with pads in the front only He is pasture sound without shoes but will require them to do occasional light ridding.
