For Saturday, Good News: Do HALF as many push-ups as youve been doing. Bad News: YOUR CHEST MUST TOUCH THE FLOOR. Whether you do them from your knees, or you elevate your hand position (on a bench), find a way to get yourself through the full range of motion. Arching your neck to extend your chin to the floor doesnt count if your chest doesnt come to the floor (and is a tremendous strain on the neck and shoulders). If youre not getting through the range of motion, then youre cheating yourself out of the progress you deserve.
