For Wed., Dec. 17, (and probably Sat., Dec. 20) Gourmet boxes ($20; additional veggies by special order to complement the regular share.) We plan to get (all organic) escarole, a celery, a fennel (delicious raw or in tomato sauce or sauteed,) garden blend sprouts and a Hass avocado. Just as in the regular veggie or fruit shares, if something becomes unavailable, we will substitute with something else.
