For a Communications company I find it astounding at how difficult it is to actually make contact with your company... to the point where Im resorting to using Facebook. Due to the recent service that I can only realistically refer to as Crap and the inability for your website to allow me to view any of my account details, I have therefore cancelled my Direct Debit until further notice. Once your company can offer a service that is worthy of payment I will reinstate my payment method as currently I feel the below is relevant : ...The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 means that consumers who enter into a contract for goods and services can expect these to be supplied with reasonable care and skill. You know where I am (on Facebook) so please feel free to contact me as I have no intention of sitting on Hold waiting for someone to transfer me to another department who are also unable to help in your call centres.
