For all my friends who like to post recipes: If I find one that I want to save and or try, I copy it, transfer it to a word document, doctor it up to fill the page (increase font size, put ingredients in columns to take up less room, shrink or enlarge the picture, etc) then print it. I slip it into one of those clear vinyl covers and put it into a 3 ring binder. The plastic cover keeps it neat in the binder and keep it clean when I pull it out to use it in the kitchen. I have collected quite a few and went through this morning and separated them into categories, Main, Sides, Munchies, Deserts, and General Info. I still do the "Share" to keep them on the computer, but this binder makes them portable and easier to find in hard copy. Keep posting those great recipes, folks. Lets get some out there with meat other than chicken - LOL. My book is full of chicken but I want some Beef and Burger ideas. BTW Does anyone have a good recipe for Meat balls like I could use in a Meatball Sub? please re-post this message and maybe we can get new recipes from friends of friends of friends LOL
