For all of you fellow havergalians who knew me out of uniform as punky, the leather queen (my cobalt leather strapless formal dress), the Vidal Sassoon sporting pink, platinum and red hair girl in repurposed vintage clothing from my grandmother and mother and even my dad, it is a show about fashion with a twist. I finally got to ditch the psychological uniform we all wore with bloomers and a blazer and double Windsor tie - now it is on....perhaps my new hometown of Los Angeles is just perfect for this once rebellious, overly creative, and dare to be different literary nerd with good gams and a sense of couture. Now I can afford the couture but why bother when finding it used in Hollywood consignment stores is just such a fun sport...and yes I do own the Gucci bit bag in several colours and versions!!!
