For all those of you posting the legalese statement about Facebook - TopicsExpress

For all those of you posting the legalese statement about Facebook not being able to share your photos, let me offer some free legal advice to save you the time. Posting this is a complete waste of time and has no impact whatsoever on the end user agreement & policy guidelines statement that you agreed to when you signed up for Facebook. Under our copyright laws, your intellectual property, that is original photos and videos are protected and you retain ownership of them. However, when you signed up on Facebook you agreed to allow them full and transferable use of your intellectual property- see the language in their end user agreement. The only way to withdraw this express consent you previously agreed to is to delete the specific content, including any shared copies. The only wholesale way to guarantee your content is protected is to withdraw completely from Facebook and delete all of your data. Lets be clear, NO Matter what you post on your wall, it will not amount to a unilateral modification of your contract with Facebook. You agreed when you clicked yes, and almost certainly never read, the user agreement to gain access to Facebook.
