For all those people blowing off the Ebola thing and telling people to relax because the flu killed 50,000 people last year...wake up. The flu kills mostly people with down or compromised immune systems; the elderly, Infants, the already sick. Ebola could kill anyone and is a whole different ballgame not to be compared. What angers me most is it could have been controlled. I am especially concerned being 8 months pregnant and enraged knowing how careless the government, and the CDC have been. And how about the nurses,doctors and aid workers who have gotten sick? Good for them for wanting to help, but they should have known better regarding the risks and exposing themselves to others. I commend them for putting themselves in harms way to assist others, but now they have put countless others at risk. They should have been quarantined, travel should have been banned in and out...at least then, the government could say they tried.
