For all those who are celebrating Supreme Courts suggestion for disqualification of CSK from IPL, its just a suggestion and need not be followed. There are issues and there have been with other teams as well. But, the issue can easily be resolved by doing a token transfer of ownership to some ally of India Cements, like what Flipkart had done with WS Retail when it was facing the issue of violation of FDI in Retail rules. For million dirty problems, there a zillion dirtier solutions.
