For any girl or woman out there ; if you are with someone who you find doesnt make you feel beautiful ; doesnt tell you that your beautiful ; doesnt love your body and doesnt appreciate it ; get out NOW ... The damage that will be done is near impossible to escape ; it will haunt you... And when someone does say these things... It actually hurts to hear something nice. Be better than that. I can tell you from personal experience. Everything you endure in your life will taint you in some form ; its a matter of if it will bring you down ; or push you to build your empire. Dont build that empire with sand. Build it with positive reinforcements ; beautiful direction. Dont let someone paint the picture of what you see in the mirror. You are perfect and beautiful just the way you are. Dont let anyone take that from you; its extremely hard to get back.
