For anyone here who has ATT Uverse and woke to web pages not loading on your Internet service and issues with your TV, help has been offered by a techie in the Ridgefield group. Overnight ATT UVerse in CT services were acquired by Frontier Commuications and this rough start isnt good. But anyway, here is his advice: For anyone who has (had) ATT UVerse, and now Frontier (this might get a bit techie): Overnight, apparently they changed DNS servers, but failed to inform their (new) customer base. If youre having DNS issues (some sites work and some dont) and you only rely on their router, power it off and on to get the change. If you dont rely on their box, and use your own networking, the new DNS servers are: 74.40.74.40 74.40.74.41 Just trying to save you the 40+ minutes I spent on hold this morning to pry this information out of them. Not quite the first impression I had hoped for.
