The hourly rate is $10-15 per hour (depending on experience), with benefits, paid time off and opportunity for growth and bonus. The ideal candidate should: * Be cheerful, direct and have a clear speaking voice in dealing with clients in person and on the phone, * Have an ability to communicate with solid verbal and written English skills, * Be prompt and courteous, * Be structured, detailed and accurate in his/her approach to tasks, * Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe, and * Have a desire to work in an energetic and high paced environment. Responsibilities include general marketing activities primarily conducted on the telephone: * Setting and confirming appointments with clients, realtors and business partners * Calling previous clients to make sure they are happy with our process, their loan and to see if there is anything the Loan Officer can do to further help with their debt management processes. * Assist with direct email and mail campaigns.
