For anyone on a diet or just for anyone who likes to eat healthy...I have a delicious cabbage soup recipe with only 34 calories per 1 cup serving (54 calories with the chicken added. The whole pot is about 335 calories and it makes about 10 cups. (535 calories with the chicken added) 1 medium head cabbage 1 medium onion (I prefer red) 2 boxes of the Smiths brand organic fat free chicken broth 1 15oz can diced tomatoes 1 4oz can diced green chili Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer till cabbage and onion are tender. Season to taste. If you want a little protein add one whole chicken breast (about 5oz) diced and about 200 calories to the pot.. and 20 calories and 4 grams of protein per 1cup serving
