Just to give you an Ideas of some of the things I send. crystal lite, peanut butter, crackers, chips, cereal like special K, basic 4 or any of those other cereals that can be eaten like a snack. Granola, instant oatmeal, instant coffee, instant grits, dried fruit. so you got the idea. Other things are toothpaste, deodorant, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, razors, body wash, I try and send the ones that have high moisturizer because of the dry hot heat. Lotions, mouth wash and for the ladies, tampons, pantie liners, feminine body spray. These are just a few of the items I try to include in my boxes. Most important of all I always send a note that says Thank you for the sacrifices you have made to protect me and my family. Its the little things that make them smile and the big things that make them cry with joy.
