For curbing the misuse of prenatal diagnostic testing... District level PRI convention and strengthening implementation of Pre-Conception and Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques (PC & PNDT) Act, 1994 was held at the conference hall of district headquarters hospital here on Wednesday. Collector Yamini Sarangi, who is also chairperson of the committee, presided over the meeting. While district task force committee member Supt. Of Police Brajesh Kumar Rai, Convener PC and PNDT cell CDMO, Dr. Nanda Kishor Mishra, Medical Superintendent of Christian Hospital Dr.Santosh Kumar Nag, Public prosecutor Prakash Chandra Mishra, ZP President, Motiram Nayak, Vice-Chairperson, Nibadita Mohanty, Chairman’s of blocks and PRI, Members, NGO members, Journalist were present at the meeting.
