For decades weve sold houses without all this extra paperwork. NOW, inch by inch the paperwork has become monumental. Its no wonder why buyers and sellers become reluctant to accept this as the (normal way of doing business). Now sellers are required to disclose their type of paint, asbestos, farm operations in the vicinity, storage tanks, ants, further disclosures of roads and fences, tennis courts, wind, airports, formaldehyde, radon, soil conditions, and the list goes on and on. For years looking someone in the eye and shaking their hand meant something. Now everyone seems to be getting advice from everywhere, and eveyones an expert. Can someone of common sense make sense of this nonsense. The rules and regulations and requirements never reduce in size. If this is a way to go green, then I must have missed the boat., WHO comes up with this stuff anyway?
