For every cop that guns one of us down there are four more young men taken away from their families by people that look just like him. LETS FIX THAT PROBLEM FIRST!!!! We are living in a dangerous time where it seems as if the people we have entrusted our care with are turning on us but is that really the problem. These police killing of our young and old black men are taking over the headlines as of late but the numbers are still staggering in comparison to what we are doing to each other. We live in a time where its sad to say but chances are EVERYONE you know has been affected personally by black on black crime ,including murder. Sadly we are not out protesting that and asking for justice for those deaths. What makes it worst most murders in the black community are not only done by persons that knew the victim but chances are there are a handful of people who also know who committed the crime,,where is the out cry for justice for them. Yeah we may know now the name of the cop that savagely killed a un armed 18 year old in broad daylight and we want his head but some of us also know who killed the corner dealer on the street but we dont do anything about that. Its almost like we have a we can kill ourselves mentality but your not allowed to do it which may seem like your looking out for each other it when you repeat it to yourself,,,,doesnt it sound stupid. Cops are doing there jobs the best they can,are there some bad ones,hell yes but I want to believe there more good ones than bad,,,but this part is for my brothers and sister ........what do you think the Powers That Be are thinking as they sit in their gated communities watching all this unfold..are we proving something about our selfs because we are able to riot and rob and loot our own neighborhood stores in the name of a fallen young man or are we just proving them right????
