No one was proven there on the scene at the time of the incident except for Reeva and Oscar Pistorius. Who are we to judge what we do not know. We can only assume what really happened that night of the shooting. Ive always liked Reeva. I was never much of an Oscar fan at all. I dont take sides. I just outweigh the pros and the cons of what is and what is not by evidence and fact. Do not judge people because they sin differently to the way you do. We are all sinners, we are all guilty of our own faults in our own lives. You cannot be found guilty of murder without evidence. #FACT _______________________________________________ __________ 3.) In Oscars situation he wont be found guilty of murder as there was no footage or enough evidence to prove him guilty. _______________________________________________ __________ 4.) What he will be charged with will be things that he is guilty for such as counts of unlawfully firing a gun in a public place in unrelated incidents and counts of illegal possession of ammunition and of course Culpable Homicide. Culpable Homicide which involves the illegal killing of a person either with or without an intention to kill depending upon how a particular jurisdiction has defined the offence. - the unlawful negligent killing of a human being _______________________________________________ __________ 5.) He will most likely be sentenced for jail time. Anything ranging from 0 - Maximum of 15 years for Culpable Homicide among other charges regardless of who thinks he is innocent or guilty. .....
