For everyone who doesnt/didnt know, I had an accident on Tuesday. I had a bad fall trying to change a light bulb on my porch and knocked myself out cold. I have a fractured pinky & concussion. Physically Im getting better. Mentally, well, the concussion is taking a toll. I had/have to cancel and return deposits to, 2 customers. This is something I rarely have to do, & hate doing, BUT I am HUMAN & things/ACCIDENTS happen to everyone. With that being said, for right now, IM NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS other than the ones I already have scheduled, until further notice. I want to say thank you to my understanding and empathetic customers.....we all know I can do cakes with my eyes closed but sometimes unforeseen things happen to us all. And I hope God gives a little understanding and compassion to my less understanding customers. There is only one of me & if something happens to ME, I have no back up baker/decorator. At the end of the day NO CAKE or DOLLAR sign is worth me stressing & doing permanent damage to myself for. Google moderate concussions & read what the symptoms are and what youre supposed to do to heal. The workload I took on for this weekend is impossible with this injury. Thanks. ❤️💯
