For girls especially, do read this :) If a guy is teasing you anywhere, dont ignore. Slap that boy hard on his face and tell him to go and say the same thing to his mom or sister or make a complaint against him right there. Even on fb some negative elements of the society come and make cheap comments on the pictures and send some creepy messages. Dont ignore such messages , go and file a complaint against such elements. Keeping quiet means you are giving them the chance to come and hit on you or some other girl again. So raise your voice without fear and be the change. PS I am making this small try and I know such small tries will change this society one day ! Make this society worth living for ourselves where girls can hang out freely without any fear of being harrased or humiliated.
