For heavens sake, if you are a health care professional always take two seconds of your time to introduce yourself to your patient. Im extremely appreciative of everything everyone in this hospital has done to help my mother however I am disappointed at the amount of people that have come in without notice poking and prodding at my mom. Take the time to be thorough and communicate with your patients, answer their questions, and if you dont have the answer try your best to find someone that does. Your patients will thank you for it. Positive news (finally!) ... Mom is starting to feel a little better. Increased steriods and Lasix seems to be helping.. Or the maybe just pizza party we had tonight :) Will be in the hospital at the very least 3-4 more days per the Pulmonologist. I cant thank everyone enough for the phone calls, texts, emails, flowers, cards, etc. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful support system. Although its been a very difficult week for us all, its made it that much easier having so many people there for us.. Thank you to each and every one of you. ❤️
