For most of 2014, I have been with Plexus and getting my health back. I cannot imagine where I would be had I not started Plexus and I thankfully cant remember how bad I felt last year and prior years. I have a meeting with my doctor next month as he wants to hear more about this wonderful product since it has helped me so much. He truly ate his words when he said Oh, you will be on your thyroid meds for life. My levels continue to improve and it still astounds me as to how great I feel. I have lost weight and inches but more importantly, I am healthy on the inside. As I have said before, my head issues have completely gone away. I don’t have bouts of dizziness, anxiety, and headaches anymore. I crave water now, have incredible energy throughout the day every day and am overall just a happier Me. I love that Plexus doesnt make me feel guilty- guilty for not dieting or guilty for cooking and eating nice meals. I dont feel constrained by meal choices, either at home or in restaurants, and find I actually crave the healthier choices (most of the time, ha!) The biggest change Ive noticed has been my ability to push away my plate when Im full. I sleep SO well and wake up every morning feeling completely refreshed. I have not had nor wanted one sip of Soda for the entirely of 2014. I also love that I have helped my friends and family get their health back on track! 2014 was a great year and I am so excited for 2015!! Make 2015 be your year of change!
