For my runner peeps - tonights CF was all for you. I want to do it once a week, just to get my boo-tay back up to snuff and run like a maniac again...only stronger. 12x50m hill sprints - EMOM (every minute on the minute) 3 min. rest Then 5 min EMOM of 5 squat hops up hill, 10 lunges backwards and downhill. Oh so killer on the butt and legs... And I already promised myself a 3-mile run tonight...woo - at least Im warmed up!!
