For nearly 14 years Ive trusted the wrong doctor with a knee problem Ive had, time after time after time I went to a certain doctor in eyrecourt about it, he organised half a dozen x rays on it over the years, with no apparent sign of damage to the cap or bones, he kept prescribing anti inflammatory pill and pain killers, they made absolutely no difference whatsoever, 14 yrs and 1 consultation later I have a diagnosis and a booking for an mri on the knee, a torn meniscus was the problem, 14 years Ive been complaining to this doctor and he NEVER LISTENED. All the countless hours Ive spent looking up knee injuries, looking at ligaments and cartilage, it seems to me doctors want the patients to do the work while the sit there, staring at you over theyre spectacles, with a look of pure disdain, and tell you that youre not knowledgeable enough to tell him whats wrong, never again will I go back to him, he is heartless and clueless, il be making a formal complaint to the hse, if anyone is still a patient of his change doctors before its too late
