For our final video of the year , we decided to film a live broadcast of one of our Sales meetings. There have been several times throughout the year when I look into the eyes of our agents, and I feel LOCKED in with everyone in the room. As if everyones eyes are wide open, everyone learning and being challenged. Everyone in deep thought. 80% of the time I dont capture those talks on video... luckily this time we did. In this video we look back at the key points we learned in 2014. Make no mistake about it every year we learn something new about our business and most importantly, about ourselves. I wasnt planning on it but in this video I go into describing a personal time when I had no money for gas or food... first entering the business at a young age...and how that experience helped me to build, and learn to flex my faith muscle anytime I need it. I cover the formula to success in life in three simple words and how most of us have the formula backwards. I cover how some of us need to grow up a bit... accept responsibility and ... well get off the lechita ( thats an inside hispanic joke by the way) In any event this video seems to have struck a cord.
